Terms & Conditions

• Cardholder ID/Passport is required at check-in.
• The credit card used for the online deposit must be presented at check-in.
• Contact us to arrange meals before check-in or when you arrive at our friendly reception. 
• We have sent you an online check-in form. It is compulsory. Please complete digitally in order to have a speedy check-in upon arrival.
• Well-behaved pets are allowed. Please arrange beforehand as not all the rooms are pet-friendly.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. No smoking or vaping in our rooms! If smoking occurs in the room, you will be asked to leave the premises with immediate effect. A refund will not be an option.
• Check in from 12h00 to 21h00 (Please arrange in good time for later check-ins.)
• No extra guests or visitors are allowed in the rooms or in the garden & braai area. That includes your bridal party, drunk friend or impromptu sleepover. It puts unnecessary pressure on our grid as well as staff having to monitor the activities.  Please adhere to this basic request in order to avoid penalties.
• We are running off-grid. We ask you to take care and to switch off when leaving the room. No additional electric appliances are allowed.
• Our policy requires a 50% deposit within 24 hours of your quote.  Please pay the balance 7 days before the date of arrival. In case of same day bookings, immediate full payments is  mandatory. Please follow this up with the signed T’s & C’s.
• No refunds/cancellations allowed for BULK bookings.  eg. more than 2 rooms. This will override our current timeline for refundable bookings.
• Please provide reachable contact details.  WhatsApp is used to inform you of vital information regarding your reservation.
• Please adhere to POOL area times and use. 
•  Absolutely NO parties will be allowed.  Function facilities available on request.
